I have so many people lately wanting GF pizza. I have tested a few from my vendor, US Foods ,but would love to try a sample. Looking for a ready made crust.

I know that Bolli Bros. on Mason Rd. in Katy makes a gluten free crust upon request, but you have to order it a day in advance. 281-392-8257
Another place I think would be interested is Pizza Bella in Katy. They really make great pies…would be great if they carried a gluten free crust: 281-693-3880
And lastly, Rosa’s Pizzeria in Katy would probably consider a gluten free crust. 281-392-3500
Please let us know if any of these places are intersted, because I would love to put them back into my restaurant rotation again if they offer something I can actually eat!

Ref’s Sports Bar in The Vintage on Louetta (formerly Pizza Fusion) has kept on the GF pizza. It is just as good.
As well, Ruggles Green makes GF pizza and other GF items.
Boston Pizza & Sports Bar is supposed to be opening up in Conroe offering GF pizza.

We have ordered from Bolli Brothers several times, since a sweet friend got the gluten free pizza for me and my 2 sons that have celiac. We LOVE it!! Thanks Bolli Brothers!! You do have to give them some notice, usually if I call in the morning they will deliver to us in the evening!!
I would LOVE J.Christophers in Kingwood to carry a GF Pizza. I miss not eating it!! I did eat one recently at BJ’s in the Willowbrook area and it was AMAZING the crust was herbed….so worth the drive for us. I would be so happy for Kingwood to get this however!!
Bolli Brothers in Katy will prepare Gluten-free pizza upon request. They appreciate 24 hours notice, but I have gotten them in less when they weren’t busy. They are yummy!
Pizza Fusion at 249 and Louetta serves GF pizza.
It is an organic place. They charge extra for the
crust, but the pizza is great.
Z-Pizza on Bissonnet has gluten free vegan pizza that is awesome!!
Some Godfather’s carry gluten free pizza. You can find the locations on their website.

Pepperonis Pizza in Sugar Land and Missouri City makes a great Gluten Free Pizza.
Our local shop is willing to let us bring in non-dairy cheese for the Pizza so my kids can enjoy it as they have both Gluten and Dairy allergies
